The Valley of the Sun which is made up of Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa and other cities is the golf capital of the American Southwest. With close to 200 golf courses, the Valley can make a legitimate claim to being the most golf-rich region in the United States.
After a 24 year career with a large east coast computer company, I retired from the corporate world and in 2003 moved to Phoenix, Arizona with my wife.
